Petur Georgesson is a Co-Founder of TM2 and its Managing Director. As a principal investor and entrepreneur, Petur’s career has spanned over two decades on 4 continents and in a diverse array of industries including media, publishing, land, farming, energy production, trading, online gambling and motorsports. Petur is a creative deal architect with both a pragmatic and think big approach. From 2010-2015, Petur served as the Chairman for Iceland of the Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Organisation. Petur studied economics at Bethany and French Literature at the Sorbonne.

Sergei Karulin is Chief Technology Officer & Cofounder of TM2 - Sergey is a technology entrepreneur with a more than 15 year track record of successful projects and investments. Sergey is a global thinker- ambitious, driven with deep skills in multiple tech disciplines – Artificial Intelligence, Deep Neural Networks, Distributed Ledger in addition to considerable experience in intellectual asset management, investor relations and corporate law. Sergei serves on the board of six software companies.

Zakhar Nedashkovskiy is Head of Development & Cofounder of TM2 – Zakhar is a technology entrepreneur that graduated from Kuban State University, Faculty of Applied Mathematics with a specialisation in Applied informatics in economics in 2007 Over the last 10 years, Zakhar has specialised in custom software development (Blockchain, Machine learning and data science) in all positions from developer to CTO.

Roger Billins is legal advisor to the TM2 and has 4 decades experience as a litigation lawyer. Specialist in regulation, legal structures and contracts. Currently consultant at Collyer Bristow providing dispute resolution advice but also a director of Unity Legal Solutions and a non-executive director of Baird & Co. Formerly partner at Davenport Lyons and Michael Simkins LLP.

Michael Hollomon is an advisor to the TM2 and CEO of Missouri Cobalt. Mike has more than 24 years of experience in the global commodities and mining space, with more than half of that time spent with the world’s largest commodities trading and mining conglomerate, Glencore. He also was integral in the transition of Swiss-based Gunvor SA from a pure oil and gas trader into a varied upstream mining group.

Paul Beesley is an advisor to the TM2, Board Member and Head trader at Baird & Co. Paul started working in the precious metals market in 1980 when he joined Mocatta and Goldsmid. He worked there for 18 years representing the company at the daily gold fixings held at N M Rothschilds and managing the group worldwide metals and money liquidity and its inherent yield curve risks.

Donat Joesler, is an advisor to TM2, partner with Colombo Wealth SA and founder of Mogli.app. Donat has 30+ years of experience in the fields of Private Banking (18+ years with UBS and Credit Suisse) and Wealth and Family Office Management (15+ years with Swiss Capital and Colombo Wealth SA.)
